Christine Overman Hollowell

Rocky Mount - Christine Overman Hollowell, age 80, passed away at home on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Born in Nash County, NC on August 20, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Audrey Overman. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Linwood Hollowell; daughters, Sonya Anderson and Teresa Dennison; two sisters, Audrey Overman and Lucille Dawson; and one brother, Thomas Overman.
Christine leaves behind to cherish her memory, sons, Ricky Hollowell (Cheryl) and Michael Hollowell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and sisters, Ethyl Englehardt, Patricia Denham and Betty McCarthy.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Johnson Funeral Home Cremation Services.
