ROCKY MOUNT – Tobin Lloyd Medinilla – Sherrod, age 1 month, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025. Born in Nash County, NC on March 8, 2025. He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, John Narron.
During his short time on Earth, Tobin knew only love. He was held, cherished, and adored by his parents, his loving grandparents, great-grandparents and a circle of family who were so eager to watch him grow.
Though we desperately wish we had more time, the moments we shared with Tobin are treasures we will hold in our hearts forever. He was perfect and handsome, and the love he brought into our lives is immeasurable.
Fly high, sweet Tobin. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
Tobin is survived by his parents, Christian Miguel Zeferino and Kira Ailani Sherrod; maternal grandparents, Tracey Sherrod (Jake Cale); paternal grandparents, Jennifer Zeferino (Miguel Zeferino); great-grandmother, Donna Narron; uncles, Jaylen Zeferino, Tristen and Kyson Zeferino; aunts, Tiffany Ford (James), Geniveve Powell, Gabby Lynn (Dave).
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 661 English Road Rocky Mount, NC 27804. A visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM prior to the service at Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
