Resided in: Jacksonville, North Carolina

JACKSONVILLE – Aaron Gage Stallings, age 29, passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025.  Born in Pitt County, NC on January 5, 1996, he was the son of the late Roy Edward Ezzelle, Pamela Jo Stallings, and Verna Geneva Taylor.

Above all, Aaron’s greatest joy was being a father to his beloved daughter Leah. His eyes lit up when he spoke of her, and his greatest pride was watching her grow. Every decision he made was guided by his devotion to her happiness and future.

Aaron will be remembered for his warm smile, generous spirit, and the way he could make anyone feel valued. He enjoyed the simple moments of life, especially those spent with family.

Aaron is survived by his daughter, Leah; his sisters, Amber Winstead, of Nashville, and Angel Stallings, of Swansboro; and his uncles, Michael Stallings, J.D. Stallings, and Cody Peterson.

A Celebration of Life Service to celebrate Aaron’s life will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Rev. Bruce Brumfield officiating.

Flowers are welcome.
