Chad and Jennifer were amazing for my family final planning for my loved one. They were very understanding and answered all our questions for the planning of my sister final wishes. Chad was always there for me for every thing I needed and provided me with all my answers. During this difficult time of grief knowing the unknown of cremation.made this time very comfortable for me and my family. From the beginning he was very patient and understanding in the whole process to the last day of receiving my loved one. I asked Chad to help me with the sentimental necklaces of their mother and he never once hesitated to help me. Chad was right by our side the whole step of the way to the last day of the setting of comfort and peace. My family would recommend Johnson furneal home for all your loved ones final planning.

Reviewing a funeral home seems a little strange, but when I needed to choose one, reviews were really helpful and led me to select Johnson Funeral Home. Everything I read about Chad is true. He is professional, compassionate, and always available. He listened to final wishes and let me know of additional options that may not have been considered. He did anything he could to make the process go smoothly from beginning to end.

Johnson Funeral Home served my husband’s family after the untimely death of his father over 20 years ago. Last month, we returned to NC to bury his mother. Johnson Funeral Home was absolutely wonderful in every way during a very difficult time. Joseph Coleman was kind and gracious. Rocky Mount is lucky to have such a wonderful place available to them during their most challenging moments. We felt like family to them and will always be grateful for that.
