Addie Kay Brock Brooks, age 57, passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2016 in Denver Colorado. She was born June 20, 1959, in Lenior County. She was the daughter of the late David Forest and Essie Cherry Brock. Addie leaves behind to cherish her memory, husband, Allen Brooks, son, David Brock and wife Holly, daughter, Tammy Joyner and husband David. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Cheyenne and Dakotah Brock, Mark, Kayla, Amber, Rebecca, Alyssa and Dylan Joyner; one sister, Elizabeth Macklin and husband Marvin and one nephew Rev. Paul Macklin. The family will hold a visitation on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM with a Funeral service to follow at 11:30 AM at Johnson Funeral Home.
