ROCKY MOUNT – Daniel Delgado, age 26, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Born in Dallas Texas, on July 22, 1997, he was preceded in death by his grandparents Pedro Delgado and Lina Rivera.
Daniel was a devoted Christian and active member of La Roca Ministries with Pastors Pedro and Evelia Laureano. A Dallas Cowboys fan, he could always be found watching their games and cheering them on. Daniel will be deeply missed. He made a difference in the life of everyone who knew him, and he leaves behind a tremendous legacy of life, love, and laughter.
Daniel is survived by his parents Silvia Castaneda and Enrique Zubiate Sanchez; and father, Rosendo Delgado; brothers, Hazael and Alexander Delgado; grandparents, Lorenza and Jose Castaneda; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and his best friend, Ezequiel Manzo.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, starting at 11:00 AM at Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 661 English Road Rocky Mount, NC 27804, with Pastor Joel Castaneda officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. A visitation with the family will be from 5 PM until 9 PM on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
