Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
My family and I consider it an honor to have co-labored in the kingdom of God with Sister Johnson at the World Outreach Worship Center. We Praise God for the lives that were touched through her ministry and pray that you, her family will find peace in knowing the light of such a beautiful spirit lives on.
Such sadness at hearing this news of Helen’s passing, but I’m sure there was such rejoicing in Heaven as she arrived. Helen had been involved in most of my adult life and always held a very special place in my heart, and in that of my children. She will be missed more than she could ever imagine. Our loss is Heaven’s gain and I know she is directing a choir somewhere up there!! All my love and prayers to all the family. Ruth W Jones
We send our sincere condolences to you and your family during these trying times. We pray your strength, and that you find peace in the days to come.
Helen was one of the finest people we ever met. We have great memories of her at Denbigh Church of God now WOW Center. She always made a point to speak to us and made us feel important and welcome whenever she saw us. Rest In Peace enjoy your rewards in heaven Miss Helen.
I remember her very well she was a godly woman and yes she did love her church family I remember her from south rocky mount church of God way back in the good old days
Helen was & forever will be one of the very best friends I have ever had. We have so many precious memories together. Lots of smiles, laughter & even tears but she was always there for me, Ross & our kids. We worked together for many years at DCOGWOWC. There was nothing she wouldn’t do to do help someone. She prayed many a prayer for us as we travelled around the world with the Air Force. I would get to missing home & I would always call Helen & tell her to pray because I wanted to come back to VA & it never failed. I shall miss her greatly but I know that she’s where she always longed to be. We talked about heaven often & I learned so much about faith from her. Mr. Simmons, Wanda & family, I know there is no one who could fill all her shoes (lol) but she is making heaven brighter like she always did here.
Mom, it’s been 2 months since you left to go be with your heavenly father, free from pain and sickness. You worked so hard all your life to make sure that one day you would see Jesus. You made it! I know if I am faithful I will see you again one day. Until then, I miss and love you more than you will ever know. 😢🥀
