John Clifton Delbridge, 73, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017. He was born in Nash County, October 5, 1943, son of the late John Edmond Delbridge and Mattie Helen Drake Delbridge, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Mary Sylvia Delbridge. He leaves to cherish his memory, cousins, Virginia Drake Brown of Raleigh, Thomas Clifton Drake Jr. of Charlotte, Tommy Manning of Carolina Beach, Enid Drake of Louisburg, Nene Leonard of Castalia; and numerous other cousins. A memorial graveside service to celebrate his life will be held 11:00 AM Friday, July 21, 2017 at Forest Hill Cemetery, Nashville.
