Maggie Pope Warren

December 29, 1928 ~ March 11, 2017

Maggie Pope Warren age 88 entered the gates of heaven after receiving her angel wings on the morning of March 11, 2017. Maggie was a woman of God, loyal and faithful to his word. She was dedicated to her family, with pride and love to her grandchildren. Maggie is preceded in death by her husbands Chester Crocker Sr. who passed in 1967 and William Warren who passed in 1995, two sons Larry Crocker and Chester Crocker Jr. Maggie leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters Gloria Ann Holobetz and Betty Sue Cavalieri; granddaughters Maggie, Danielle, Sarah and Sally Ann; great granddaughters Rylee, Ella and Avery and one great grandson Alec. Maggie was a member of Englewood Assembly of God, one of her many cherished memories was of a bus trip to Pennsylvania to see Noahs Ark with church members and friends. The family would like to thank UNC Nash Health Care nurses Candace, Thackery, Wendy, Olivia, Jessica, Laurie, Deborah and Gina also Doctors Perlmutter and Lateef for their support and compassion. A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 12:15 PM on Tuesday March 14, 2017 at Johnson Funeral Home with a Funeral Service beginning at 12:30 PM in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home, Pastor Gerry Blood officiating.   1. I am so sorry to hear that Aunt Maggie died. I had no idea. The last time I saw her was at Walmart in Rocky Mount about 6 months ago with one of her daughters. I wish I had known sooner. My prayers and sympathy to her family. She was a sweet lady.
