Mickey Glenn Ezzelle

ROCKY MOUNT – Mickey Glenn Ezzelle, age 83, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024. Born in Nash County, NC on September 7, 1940. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Jones Ezzelle, sisters; Barbara Reams, Mary Coronoda, Penny Hudson, Naomi Jones; and brother John Ezzelle. Mickey was a man of great faith. He loved the Lord, singing gospel music and playing the piano. Mickey loved his family dearly and spending time with all of them. He will be deeply missed. He made a difference in the life of everyone who knew him, and he leaves behind a tremendous legacy of life, love, and laughter. Micky is survived by his sister Marcile Daniels, and several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 12, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Pastor Sonny Griswold officiating. A visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM prior to the service in the Parlor at Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
