WHITAKERS - Ramona Taylor, age 77, passed away on Monday, March 8, 2021. Born in Amarillo, TX on June 8, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Augusta and Elvira Espinoza Vigil. She was also preceded in death by her son, Terry Scott Taylor; her sister, Frances Estrada; and her brothers, Johnny, Al and Donnie Vigil. Ramona is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Frank Larry Taylor; her daughters, Elvira Shaw and husband, Ronald, of Whitakers, Francine Johnson and husband, Donald, and Chiako Taylor, all off Suffolk, VA; her grandchildren, Jerry Fratelli, Michael Cannady, Taylor Smith, Brandon Lilley, Silia Johnson, Francine Burke, Michele Cannady and Shawnee Smith; great- grandchildren, Ranae Calderera, James Brady, Jr., Gabriel Fratelli, Berry Johnson, Debbie Smith, Mateo Smith, Francine Smith, Johnny Smith and Steven Smith; her sister, Virgie Vigil, of Beaumont, TX; her brother, Felix Vigil of Madera, CA and Pete Vigil of Rialto, CA; and many nieces and nephews.
