Walter Henry Bell Sr.

WHITAKERS - Walter Henry Bell, Sr., age 56, passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Born in Carteret County, NC on August 27, 1965, he was the son of the late William Clark Bell, Sr. and Wilma Jean Creekmore Bell. Walter was a truck driver for many years. He had been known to be a jack of all trades. He was an outdoorsman spending much of his time hunting and fishing. Walter loved playing poker with his friends. He was a loving father, grandfather and will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him, but his loving spirit will never be forgotten as he was everything to his family. Walter is survived by his daughters, Melinda Amy Bell, of Leland, and Jennifer Gatlin, of Mt. Olive; his son, Walter Bell, Jr., of Biloxi, MS; his grandchildren, Sophia, Fabian, Jonathan, Riley, Carter, Nyla, Sarah, Jade, Alleigh, and Karissa; his brothers, William Clark Bell, Jr., of Edenton, and Anthony Wayne Bell Sr., of Whitakers, and his nephew, Anthony Wayne Bell Jr., of Whitakers.
