Agnes Carolyn Rose Johnson

Nashville - Agnes Rose Johnson, age 76, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2020. Born in Halifax County, NC on March 27, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Jack Rose and Carrie Hopewell Rose. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Jay, Pete, Gladys, Louise, Lila and Christine. Agnes leaves behind to cherish her memory, daughters, Robin Holloman (Rick), Rita Bass (Daryl), Renee Mitchell (Neal), Rhonda Tanner (Braxton), Regina Bradley (James), and son, Brian Dew (Samantha). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, Brandon Holloman (Jessica), Ryan Holloman (Stephanie), Brittany Artz (Jason), Johnathan Bass, Christopher Mitchell, Chelsea Mitchell, Grayson Tanner, Matt Bradley (Michelle), Samantha Bradley, Brayden Dew, Isaiah Dew, Jayden Dew and Molly Dew, 3 great-grandchildren, Landon Holloman, Vivian Morris, Cooper Holloman; and sister, Helen Webb (Ronnie). The family will hold a private graveside service. Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 661 English Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.   2. I knew Agnes many years ago. I was a good friend of her sister, Helen, but she was beautiful inside and out. Agnes will be greatly missed by all her family and friends
