Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
From a former student. As an instructor, Curtis had a talent for accurately describing a complex concept using the fewest and simplest of words. Later when I was teaching in the classroom, I remembered this and would always try to do likewise. Arnold Worsley, Edgecombe Community College full time computer studies instructor for 15 years.

What a pleasure it was to recently meet Curtis while visiting his sister in Scotland Neck. There was so much love between brother and sister, and much happiness in spending time together. Prayers for his wonderful family. Douglas and Jackie Jones
I had the pleasure of being one of Mr. Norfleets computer technology students at ECC back in the early 90s. He was THE BEST instructor and the favorite among many many students. Truly missed. Nicole co 93
My deepest condolences to family and friends of Mr. Norfleet. May you always treasure your memories.
I knew Curtis at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. We shared many a breakfast together after mass with Mary Alice, my dear friend, and other friends. Due to my own illness I just learned yesterday of his sudden death. He was a special man and well loved. I will miss him. My heart and prayers go out to his family.
