Charlie Raymond Newell

Charlie Raymond Newell, Died 12 08 2018. He was born in Nash County, NC, on September, 27th 1930. He was the son of the late James Allen Newell Sr and Lettie Maud Nelms. Charlie was preceded in death by wife Eve Johnson of Bailey, NC, 2 brothers, Cooper Felix Newell and John Allen Newell Jr, 2 sisters, Daisy Ayers and Nellie Williams. He Retired from the Rocky Mount Water Plant and was a Veteran of the US Army. He had an extended family in the Nash County area which Included: From the following families; Ayers, Champion, Clack, Faulkner, Jordan, Nelms, Newell, Ricks, Sutton, and Worrel. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Home.
