The world has lost a genuine soul in Connie. Her unending kindness enveloped those fortunate enough to know her. Passion fuelled every endeavor she undertook with warmth and sincerity. Connie will be missed!
I just learned of Connie’s passing today. My husband and I visited the Peaks of Otter restaurant, and coming back through the town of Bedford I was sharing with him of where Connie used to live and how the last time I saw her was when she and I spent the day together and we drove up to the Peaks of Otter for lunch. I jumped on Facebook to look her up and sadly saw the post about her passing.
Connie was always a sweet and devoted friend who would do anything for you. She loved her position as a librarian/media specialist and wore that title proudly! She had a great passion for books. I used to love to hear her talk about the latest book she was reading as if she was actually living it.
I will always remember Connie’s infectious laugh and her love of life. She was a beautiful soul inside and out. Heaven has truly gained an angel. ♥️
I knew Connie in her AmeriCorps days in D.C. I’m sorry to hear of her passing. It’s so great that she shared a love for books with youth.
