ROCKY MOUNT - Duong Nhat Ngo, age 83, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022. He was born in Vietnam on June 23, 1939.
Duong was a fabulous cook and enjoyed cooking for everyone. He loved spending his downtime fishing and taking photos. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Duong is survived by his wife, Maria Nguyen; his daughter, Hoa Ngo, of Rocky Mount; and his granddaughter, Cindy Lam, of Rocky Mount.
A special gathering to celebrate Duong's life will be held on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the Parlor of Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
