I love and miss you dad.❤️❤️❤️
When I met Dwight (not knowing he would soon be my brother-in-law) Tom Riley introduced him to us as “Steve”, and from there-on we have called him Steve! He married my sister Faye in May of 1969 💞. He was one of the sweetest and most kind person I’ve ever met. When you were in his presence you could feel his love and care for you. And just recentlly when Faye had back surgery he would hold her hands and walk backwards to guide her where she needed to go. Then she fell and broke her collar bone and fractured her hip. He picked her up and put her on the bed, all the time not feeling well himself. That’s love. And she kept him as healthy as she could with all the good foods she’d make him. Dear Steve, rest in the arms of Jesus until we meet again 🙌, and I will keep your memories close to my heart ! 💜 Edna Mae
I have always known Dwight as Steve. His wife Faye is my first cousin. My thoughts and prayers go out to Faye and the three daughters and the son Michael and all the grand and great grand children. It has been several years since I’ve had contact with them but would hear about them through Faye’s sister Edna from time to time. Faye’s mother and my mother were sisters. Prayers, Frances (Narron) Proctor.
I met Dwight when I was doing video work (tapes) for Faye and your family through Memory Makers Video. They were a very nice and welcoming couple and I enjoyed my time visiting them when I carried tapes to the house. I will not forget that. May the Lord watch over all your family and provide you comfort and peace during this time. ⚘️
In joy, we remember the radiant life of Dwight as an epitome of love, wit and courage – always ready for a new adventure. His wisdom truly enriched all around him. From cherished Christmas Eve traditions to savouring his favourite sub every Friday, a beautiful testament to our connection that will remain indelible. In these crosswords we solved together, I discovered the gentle strength and depth he exuded, constantly inspiring us to seek knowledge with curiosity and grace.
