I will always remember with fondness our years of growing up and visiting Betsy. Many times we would walk down Meadowbrook Road and visit Edna at her home. After she was married, I visited in her home when her children were young. She always had a gentle spirit that many will remember. She trusted in her Lord to get her through her trouble times. She gave much to others and always loved her family sacrifically.
My deepest condolences and prayers to Lexi and her family. May God keep you all in perfect peace.
My prayers are with you all🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Sending hugs and love from the Sky-Vue family. Edna was a jewel. She was strong in her faith and entered her eternal rest. She has gone from “I can only imagine” to worshiping Jesus for all eternity. We will be praying for all of you during these difficult times. May God be your comfort and peace. May he give you strength as you face a new normal. No one can ever replace our Mother. Love to all.
Sending my condolences to the family! She was always the sweetest lady. Prayers for everyone
The world lost a kind and charitable soul but Heaven has gained an Angel! Edna you made sure your children and others were taken care of and we’ll never forget all you did for us. We love you and we will miss you always.
Edna was a Sweet Soul . She always treated me like a sister not a sister in law. We shared some times, Good and Hard ones . If you needed a friend she was there . I love you Edna and you will be Missed .
My family wishes to extend the deepest sympathies to Edna’s family. Edna (whom we called “Sis”) was a wonderful blessing as a caregiver to my mother, Edna Baker, until her passing in May. She had a gentle, sweet spirit. She loved to talk about her family, and her beloved animals, and she had a compassionate heart for everyone. Her faith in the Lord was her strength, and there’s no doubt she is whole and at peace in His presence today. May God draw near to comfort all who knew and loved her.
Anita, Monica and family, I’m so sorry for to hear of your mom’s death. Edna was such a sweet and nice lady. I always loved to talk with her when I’d see her West Edgecombe Baptist Church. Special prayers are being lifted for all of you during this difficult time. Love you to pieces.
Edna was such a kind and sweet lady. She loved her family. My memories go way back when her daddy always brought her skating at Sky Vue. We were so young and enjoyed our fun and fellowship. When i saw her at West Edgecome Baptist she always spoke and smiled. You will be missed my friend and i will see you again one day.
