Gregory Scott Bass

Gregory Scott Bass, age 55, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2018. Born in Edgecombe County, NC on November 18, 1962, he was the son of the late Jesse Lee Bass. Gregory leaves behind to cherish his memory, daughter, Christina Bass Pittman and husband, Bobbie Pittman, and son, Christopher Bass of Sharpsburg; mother, Irene Hunt; four sisters, Jessica Bass Brewer, of Rocky Mount, Angela Bass Hill and husband, Jimmie, of Columbia SC, Sonja Bass Mayer and husband, Tom, of Lansing, NC, and Twinkle Bass Claiborne and husband, Robert of Nashville; and one brother, Eric Randolph Bass of Rocky Mount. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Forest Hills Cemetery in Nashville, NC.
