I have so many good memories of Joyce, and Fred & Mary, from North Rocky Mount Baptist. Actually, memories of some more Crockers too, as well as Mrs. Reid. Sweet family.
I have good memories of Joyce, her beautiful smile, her kind words and her laugh, she could make me laugh. Time would pass that we didn’t visit or talk but we would run into each and it was like time hadn’t passed at all or at least between two cousins.
As a little girl my family would visit Uncle Fred, Aunt Mary, Joyce and Tommy, what seemed like every Sunday afternoon. Back then it all about the cousins hanging out. Joyce played the piano and she taught me “chopsticks “, at the age of seven I thought I was a grand pianist, Joyce made me feel like I was.
I’m going to miss Joyce. I know she is having the best Crocker family reunion in Heaven prancing around with her beautiful Angel wings. Peaceful rest dear cousin.
To Tommy and Mary and your families, I send great love.
Your cousin, Betty Sue
So very sorry for your loss.
Joyce,
You were loved by all that knew you. God grant you peace and rest in his fatherly arms.
