Julia "Judy" Lee Williams

Julia “Judy” Rose Lee Williams, 77 passed away on Monday, October 16 at home in her familys loving arms. Judy was born on March 24, 1940 in Goldsboro NC to Braxton and Maude Lee. She was united in marriage on September 4, 1966 to her soul mate, John David Williams Jr. Theirs is a true love story. They were married for 51 years filled with loving their children, hand holding, music and adventure. Judy was preceded in death by her son, John David Williams III, her brother, Wayne Lee, and her sister, Wilma Gray Worley. She is survived by her beloved husband John D, her daughter Jennifer Flippin, her son-in-law Kevin Flippin, her brother Edward Lee, her sister-in-law Geraldine Horn, and her grandchildren, Penelope Williams, Caleb Flippin, and Jonah Flippin. Everyone who knew her felt her warm, generous heart. A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Johnson Funeral home with the funeral service to follow in the Chapel at 2:00 PM.
