Linda Faye Putnam
September 16, 1941 ~ June 22, 2018
Linda Faye Putnam passed away Friday, June 22nd at age 76. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold J. Putnam, parents, daughter-in-law, and nine brothers and sisters.
Linda leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son Harold E. Putnam, daughters, Gloria F. Putnam and Belinda A. Preston, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Linda was a member of Proctors Chapel Baptist Church in Rocky Mount, N.C. where she sang in the choir for many years. She was always willing to help others, loved the ocean and spending time with her family.
A visitation will be held Monday, June 25th from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 6:00 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home of Rocky Mount.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a local hospice chapter.
