Lynne Zimmerman Hartley

ROCKY MOUNT – Lynne Zimmerman Hartley, age 71, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024. Born in Bismarck, ND on January 14, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Wyona Zimmerman.
Lynne loved her flowers and gardening, and she had a special place for dogs. She rescued greyhounds for many years, and especially her baby Rusty. Lynne enjoyed music and Fleetwood Mac was her favorite. She loved to go to Bible study at Nashville Church of God. Lynne was a true prayer warrior for anyone in need and always a faithful servant of her King. She touched the lives of so many people and will always be remembered with love and kindness.
Lynne is survived by her niece, Twiana Carroll; nephew, Jerry Bales; great nephews, Michael Wall, Logan Wall; and special friends, Debbie Rhions, Tina Joyner, and Joey (Big Guy) Joyner.
A Funeral Service will be held at a later date.
