ROCKY MOUNT - Phyllis B. Webb, age 64, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Born in Norfolk, VA on May 23, 1956, she was the daughter of Margaret Godwin and the late Hudson Lawrence Bulluck.
Phyllis was a nurse for 27 years and enjoyed taking care of everyone. She liked to travel with her soul mate and children to the mountains. She was talented in crafts, painting Bob Ross Paintings, she loved nothing more than to have 5 or 6 children in her shop painting wood cut outs and more. She loved to play the guitar and enjoyed singing. Her summers were best spent in the back yard with a swimming pool full of children laughing and playing. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to all. She will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.
Phyllis is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 36 years, Bertram Wayne Webb; her daughter, Jennifer Louise Richardson and her husband, Jonathan of Rocky Mount; her son, Doug Webb and his wife, Teri of Elm City, her grandchildren, Dominick and Alex Richardson, both of Rocky Mount, Josh Webb and Matthew Bass, both of Elm City; her mother, Margaret Godwin Bulluck of Rocky Mount; and her brother, Henry L. Bulluck of Rocky Mount.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 5
