Scott Wayne Murray

Scott Wayne Murray, age 54, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2018. Born in Nash County on August 12, 1963, to the late Richard L. Murray. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Larry R. Murray, Stacy R. Murray and sister, Mary Jo Murray. Scott leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother Mary E. Murray, sister Kellie M. Frank and husband Kirbee, Nephews; Dale Reams, Jonathan Murray, Brian Murray, Anson Frank, Bryar Frank and niece; Stacey Lynn Murray. Scott loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them especially his nephews. Scott had many hobbies that included, white water rafting, and bike riding. He enjoyed watching and going to football games, he was a big fan of the Minnesota Vikings and the North Carolina Tar Heels. Scott had a passion for working on computers which he did for a living and for fun. He would work on computers for family and friends. A visitation will be held on Monday, February 26, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Home.
