Terrilee Hoffman Grady

NASHVILLE - Terrilee Hoffman Grady, age 67, passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022. Born in Dade County, FL on November 17, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Henry Hoffman and Shirley Mae Jackson Hoffman. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Christina Wiggins; and her step-daughter, Laura Grady. Terrilee was a lover of cookbooks and enjoyed collected them. She loved reading literature and poetry. Terrilee was a former member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 34. She was a wonderful cook and homemaker. Terrilee made a difference in the life of everyone who knew her and she leaves behind a tremendous legacy of life, love, and laughter. She will be deeply missed. Terrilee is survived by her husband, Stephen Grady; her mother, Shirley Mae Jackson Hoffman, of Deland, FL; her daughter, Hope Moffett, of East Haven, CT; her son, Jason Burns, of Milford, CT; her step-daughter, Elizabeth Grady, of Underhill, VT; her seven grandchildren; her brother, Mark Hoffman, of Deland, FL; and her closest friends, Linda Neyland, of CT, Kathy Henderson, of CT, Carolyn Hedgepeth, of NC, and Sallie Evans, of NC.   8. Terrilee was one of the sweetest people I knew. Always smiling when I would go see her. I loved her so much and hate she had to leave Steven behind. During her sickness he looked after her day and night. She was well taken care of.. now girlfriend you are not in pain anymore,,I will always remember you and your dogs are in good hands too. You always said Steven was a good man.

  9. I want to offer my sincere condolences. I know Mrs. Grady had to be one amazing person because Sallie talked about her all the time. I didn’t meet her in person however I felt her love through telephone conversations. Praying for the family. Jeff

  10. My condolences to my extended family whom I love very much. Terrilee was certainly one of a kind. She was more than a friend I loved her like a sister. I will cherish our girl conversations, laughter, eating snacks, singing and just having a good time. I’m going to really miss my girl I promised to take care of your hubby. Jason and I got this Yes and I got Jason too. Till we meet again sista. I will always love you.
