The first time I meet you I knew you were a special man. Your many passions in life were strong. You will be missed greatly. Kiss Cissy for me. Love you!
Bill, you were a fantastic co-worker and friend. Working with you Bill was always a pleasure and I never witnessed you having a bad day and you displayed a real jest for life and friends. Equally at ease with your teammates or management you helped more than you could ever know, a genius with part measurement for Cummins Engine Components. Friends, myself included, along with family have stated how much you meant to them in their lives and how much you will be missed. Likewise, Cummins will also remember your contribution and you will be missed there also. Ride easy on those golden streets, RIH Bill and thanks for those years of working together. Richard Rains

Bill was truly one of a kind. He was one of the most ethical and committed people I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with.
There were times when I wasn’t feeling at my best, but meeting Bill, with his positive energy, always lifted my spirits and gave me new motivation. I learned something valuable every day from my interactions with him, and I deeply appreciate the time and dedication he gave to Cummins.
Rest in peace, Bill. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Didn’t know Bill very long, met him when I began working at RMEP, but always a smile on his face, and would see him heading to the gym almost every day, and just the kindest soul. You will be missed. Thoughts and prayers for your friends and family.

Bill was a very dear friend that I met years ago. I have such good memories of jamming with him together with many friends. Enjoying music was a passion of Bill’s and sharing that brought him joy. He’s gone at such a young age but he’ll never be forgotten. Rest easy my friend.
During the times that I interfaced with Bill at CDC/CMEP he was always calm and collected even during calamity. He was willing to share his knowledge of part measurements and in a way that was easy to understand. He was a great resource to operators up thur management and any others.

Bill my sweet friend for almost 26 years now. I will miss you beyond measure and the Ginnie Grinders will never taste the same since I won’t be cooking them for you and watching a movie afterwards at your house. I will think of you whenever I do make them again. I will forever cherish our memories that Rick and I have of and with you. May God hold you in his arms (and explain the speed limit up there for Harley’s) Comfort and Peace to the family and friends. We lost a one-of-a-kind loving friend that always had a smile. Never ever saw you mad in all those years. What a legacy to leave.

Bill, you leave a huge void in our world. A kind, incredible and gracious man who was living the life that he worked hard for. You left us doing what you love was listening to music on “Mission Control” and having a few beers. Love you always and forever.
Great man You will truly be missed
Bill was one of the best all around people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. He took my younger brother “under his wing” after our father died. He became a dear friend to the entire family. We enjoyed hanging out with him immensely. He introduced us to “the good music” on his beloved stereo equipment and we traveled many miles for concerts. Everything was more fun with Bill from throwing the frisbee in the backyard while listening to music to watching “Monty Python” on late night tv. Later in life, his Christmas visits to mom’s house were always a highlight of the season. Bill, the whole Bell family loved you but you will always be a part of us as we will carry you in our hearts forever. Rest in peace my dear friend.
